What makes this program special?

You! You are what makes this program special. The unique self that you bring. Your commitment to giving yourself the support you need to move more deeply into this process and find more freedom.

Me! My authentic journey of healing, the tools I have gained and my unique ways of helping you discover your tools to support what is ready to be healed in you.

Intimacy! This intensive provides a deeply intimate, deeply personal safe space for sharing our most authentic selves, just as we are. I have capped the number of participants at 10 to protect and nourish that intimate space.

Due to the deeply personal nature of our sharing, all participants need to agree to the following circle guidelines:

CIRCLE GUIDELINES for the Healing Sexual Trauma Intensive:

Try It On: Be willing to “try on'' new ideas, practices or ways of doing things and connecting to yourself.

Speak from your own experience: Attend to and speak about your own experiences and responses to the best of your ability. Try not to speak for a whole group or express assumptions about the experience of others.

Refrain from blaming or shaming self & others: Keep the circle safe by being willing to notice judgement when it arises and let it go.

Practice “Both / And”: When speaking, substitute “and” for “but”. This practice acknowledges and honors multiple realities.

Be mindful of your use of time: Share what is most essential, keeping in mind that our meeting time is limited and we want everyone to have ample time to speak.

Listen actively: Give your full attention to each person speaking and listen for what is important to them, seeking to understand their values and concerns. Try to avoid planning what you’ll say as you listen to others. Pay attention to what happens within you as you listen. Listen with your whole self.

Confidentiality: Take home learnings, but don’t identify anyone other than yourself, now or later. If you want to follow up with anyone regarding something they said, ask first and respect their wishes.
